You think you're ready. Let's make sure.
If your ISO management system is essentially complete and implemented, a Readiness Review gives you an experienced, independent final check before the certification audit.
It depends on how far you've already come.
A Readiness Review is intentionally a lighter service. If substantial work remains, Gap Analysis or Complete ISO Consulting will usually give you more value.

Explore Gap Analysis →Think you're ready?
Choose a Readiness Review. Your system is essentially complete; you want a knowledgeable second opinion before certification.
See what we review →One experienced set of eyes before the real audit.
When you've spent months building and implementing a management system, it can be difficult to judge your own readiness objectively.
A Readiness Review gives you an independent perspective. We take a focused look at your documentation and practices against the applicable ISO requirements, highlight remaining areas of concern, and give you an opportunity to clarify questions with an experienced consultant.
The purpose is simple: reduce uncertainty and help avoid preventable surprises when the certification auditor arrives.
Think of it as your final pre-flight check.
You have built the aircraft. You have completed the work. We are not rebuilding it — we are looking for anything you may want to address before takeoff.
A Readiness Review makes sense when...
A focused look at certification readiness.
The review is designed to answer the question that matters most: Is there anything obvious we should address before certification?
We review the management system against the chosen standard, consider both documentation and implementation, highlight areas for improvement, and discuss questions or uncertainties with your team.
Your final readiness picture
A final review shouldn't become another project.
If your system really is ready, this should be a focused confirmation exercise — not weeks of additional consulting.
Confirm scope
We confirm the standard, certification scope, locations and what you have already completed.
Review the system
Your consultant reviews relevant documentation and practices against the applicable requirements.
Discuss concerns
We highlight areas that deserve attention and give you an opportunity to ask questions or test your thinking.
Know your next step
You leave with a clearer picture of whether to proceed to certification or address remaining issues first.
Fewer surprises. More confidence.
Independent perspective
Get an unbiased view from someone who was not responsible for building your management system.
Experienced eyes
An experienced ISO consultant can recognize common readiness issues that are easy for an internal team to overlook.
Focused and practical
This is not intended to overcomplicate a system that is already working. We focus on what matters before certification.
Better prepared
Address preventable issues before the formal certification audit rather than discovering them during it.
ISO Readiness Review questions
What is an ISO Readiness Review?
It is a final assessment for an organization whose ISO management-system documentation and implementation are already substantially complete. The purpose is to obtain an experienced independent view of readiness before the certification audit.
Do we have to have a Readiness Review before certification?
No. A Readiness Review is not a mandatory step in ISO certification. If your organization already has sufficient ISO expertise and is confident the system is properly implemented, you may not need this service.
What if the review finds that we're not actually ready?
That is useful information to have before the certification audit. You can address the remaining issues internally or, if more substantial assistance is required, move into Gap Filling or consulting support.
What's the difference between a Readiness Review and Gap Analysis?
Gap Analysis is appropriate while meaningful development or implementation work remains. A Readiness Review is a lighter final check for a system you believe is already essentially complete and implemented.
Does a Readiness Review guarantee we will pass certification?
No. Certification decisions are made independently by the certification body. A Readiness Review is intended to improve your understanding of readiness and reduce preventable surprises before that audit.
Let's give the system one final look before certification.
Tell us your ISO standard, scope and where you are in the certification process. We'll help determine whether a focused Readiness Review is the right next step.
No pressure. No sales pitch.
