Samsung Telecommunications America locations in Plano Texas and Coppell Texas engaged compliancehelp consulting to help them achieve certification to 5 management system standards namely:
- TL 9000 telecommunications quality management system
- R2 responsible recycling
- ISO 9001 quality management system
- ISO 14001 environmental management system
- OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health & Safety management system.
There was a lot to cover. Work started at the end of August 2012 and were certified to all standards by May 2013.
